Engaging NGOs in advocating for decent work agenda for all (Egyptian and Migrant Workers). Providing legal aid to women facing sexual harassments and/or unequal treatments at workplaces. Building capacities of governmental officers to monitor and apply the safety measures at workplaces. To encourage Egyptian trade unions to include migrants and refugees who work in the unions.

The action targeted 20 NGOs, 16 Law Firms , 320 Trade Unions, 10 Organizations for migrants & Refugees and was in collaboration with Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Social Solidarity, Ministry of Investment and was supported by The Swedish International Agency for Development (SIDA)
